Mission

The Trust Publishing Institute (TPI) is a three-year, independently funded research initiative established to study two structural developments in the AI era: the emergence of HTML as a structured public memory surface and the rise of deterministic, constraint-based generative architectures in regulated environments.

From 2026 through 2029, TPI will conduct controlled observation, implementation analysis, and architectural documentation to evaluate how structured fact substrates, executable constraints, and mandatory intermediate representations influence AI retrieval stability, semantic integrity, and compliance behavior.

The Institute is self-funded by its founder and operates without commercial sponsorship, product sales, consulting services, or enrollment activity. Its mandate is limited to research publication and structural analysis during its defined study period.
